Making the Onboarding Process Intentionally Simple.
Making the Onboarding Process Intentionally Simple.
We know that setting up a retirement plan can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to feel like that. At The TPA Experts, we will guide you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
For the Onboarding process, you can think of us as an extension of your team—your trusted partner for designing a retirement plan tailored to your needs. We'll work together to create a plan that not only attracts and retains top talent but also helps you and your employees prepare for a secure retirement.

With our Better Outcomes goal in mind, we believe that no two businesses are the same—and your retirement plan shouldn't be either. That's why we don't rely on cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, we take the time to listen and learn about your business, your employees, and your collective goals. This understanding is the foundation for crafting a Plan Design that works for your plan.
For the Plan Design step, we gather information and insights about your business to create custom illustrations. We will walk you through your options and answer questions during a collaborative Plan Design Meeting. By the end of the meeting, you'll feel confident about the direction of your plan—and excited to see it in action.
Once the Plan Design has been selected, the Plan Documents are created and the Onboarding process moves into the Plan Implementation stage. Our dedicated Onboarding team will work with you during this stage to collect needed information to set up your plan with your recordkeeper and prepare for your plan to move to Active status.
At the end of the Onboarding process, the plan will officially move to Active status and going forward the plan contacts will work with a dedicated Plan Consultant who will manage the plan administration and compliance on an ongoing basis.
